My approach uses a combination of talking, going into the body, and detailed meditations/visualizations. My foundational perspective is in trauma and the nervous system, and patterns we learned as children for survival. I pull from several evidence-based approaches such as Somatic Experiencing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Inner Child Work (also Internal Family Systems), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. If requested, I also incorporate spiritual concepts such as chakras and energy, astrology, Human Design, and prayer/connection with God and Jesus.

Remote Sessions: Remote sessions are held via the Signal app, using either just audio or audio and video.

In Person: In person sessions are held in the comfort of your own home. Must be in St. John’s County FL or surrounding areas.

My Goal for Our Work Together: My goal is to empower you with knowledge and skills so you can 1) effectively manage symptoms while in the healing process 2) release trauma and stress from the body (aka symptoms) 3) cultivate the life you want 4) feel confident in facing future life challenges.
